PANCAKES
9 1/2c Self raising flour
1 1/2c caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla paste
1L buttermilk
6 eggs
Method
Mix everything apart from the flour together. Add the flour and mix well. Cook in a pan or seal off on a hot plate and finish them in the oven. You get about 1.5kg of pancake mix.
