CHERMOULA

2 tsp coriander seeds
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp lemon zest
1/4c lemon juice
3/4c olive oil
1c parsley
1c coriander
1/2c mint
Method
Toast off the seeds and powder. Once cooled blend everything together. Taste, season and adjust if needed.
